Yes. The Center offers complimentary access to webcams in indoor & outdoor play areas as well as our NM King Suites.

Does The Center require interviews?

Yes. Interviews ensure The Center is the perfect match for your pet and that they’ll feel safe & confident during their stay.

Do you have breed or size restrictions?

No. All friendly dogs are welcome!

How old does my dog have to be?

The Center requires all pets to have vaccinations including Parvo/Distemper (3 rounds), Bordatella and Rabies. Per veterinarian standards, the earliest this can be completed is 4 months of age.

Does The Center allow pets who are not sterilized?

All pets over the age of 7 months are required to be sterilized for Day Care. The Center welcomes intact pets for private boarding.

Do I need a reservation?

Yes. Click here to reserve your visit.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

To prevent being charged for a reservation you cannot keep, we require a 24-hour cancelation notice.

What happens at day care?

Play. Nap. Repeat. Day care is a safe environment for dogs to socialize off leash with one another. Each area is staffed with 1 Hospitality Team member per 15 dogs to ensure every pet is enjoying their stay with us. In addition, midday your pet will spend an hour in our Zen Room, so they may rest and relax prior to another healthy play session in the afternoon.

Should I feed my dog before dropping them off?

For your dog’s safety, we require your pet be fed 1.5 hours prior to drop off. Our Receptionist will confirm your feeding time upon check in, and if needed, your pet may be placed in our Zen Room to allow proper digestion before playing.

Is there a special collar my dog should have?

New guests will be required to wear a quick release collar. After they have acclimated, the collar will be removed.

Is there a discount for multiple dogs?

Yes! Please see our pricing details for multi-pet discounts. We offer 5 sizes of boarding suites, most are spacious enough to house multiple pets.

Are dogs ever injured?

Due to the nature of playing, occasionally a pet may have a scratch or hair loss in small patches due to physical interactions with other dogs. Although it is not likely, serious injury may occur. In the event your pet needs veterinarian care, you will be contacted first. If necessary, our Hospitality Team will rush your pet to the nearest available veterinarian for medical care. You will be financially responsible for any treatment they receive.

Why does it seem like my dog’s paws hurt?

Playing with other dogs requires much movement. If this level of activity is new for your pet, our Hospitality Team will assist with their acclimation until natural calluses form on their pads.

Do you offer dog baths?

Yes. You may request a bath for your dog here. All guests will receive a quick brush out and calming scent prior to being picked up.

Do you offer grooming?

Grooming is not offered at The Center, but we are able to suggest highly reputable groomers our shelter has partnered with for years.

Do you walk/train dogs?

Yes. If you wish for your dog to work privately with our Certified Training Team, click here to learn more about our Train & Stay Behavior Program.

Does someone stay with the dogs overnight?

No. During hours of operation, our Hospitality Team continually monitors every pet in our care. After closing, The Center is protected with armed response & overnight patrol.

Will you give my pet their medication?

Yes. Our Hospitality Team will administer any medicine that falls under our Medication Policy.

Does The Center offer a military discount?

Yes. The Center proudly offers a 10% discount with proper military ID.

Does The Center care for deaf & blind dogs?
